How much does it cost?

The cost of a holiday in San Stefanos varies quite a lot depending upon how you want to arrange your holiday and what sort of accommodation you require.

Simple accommodation booked directly with the local companies costs from about €200 for an apartment to sleep two per week. Flight only cost vary quite a lot but I have just looked and they are currently showing at approximately £325.

Again if you book with a holiday company the prices vary with time but at this time the equivalent holiday will cost over £1000 per person for two weeks.

We can only encourage you to ring around and compare the prices and do the maths but don't be afraid to book direct we have for eight out of the last ten years without problems. Every holiday booked directly with the local companies puts more money into the local economy. The big tour operators do not pay well for the accommodation they purchase.

A few questions to ask:

• Is transfer to and from the airport included?
• Is there a swimming pool on site?
• Will I be able to make a cup of tea or coffee when I arrive, even at 2am.
• Do I have any cooking facilities?
• Is my accommodation air conditioned?
• Are there any supplements or restrictions on air conditioning etc?
  The major tour operators often do not include the cost of air conditioning or only allow you to operate the air conditioning when you are in the room.
• Do I need to carry bottled water from a shop or can you supply it and at what cost?

If you book direct payments will generally be made on arrival in Euros, so please be ready to make the payment. Many companies do not take deposits because of the poor international service provided by the banks.
