Even without children, no visit to Corfu is complete without a visit to Aqualand. However, not to take your children would be a sin. Checkout the site but beware as if you are on a modem it will take a long time to load.
If you like Greek Icons go see the Church of Antivouniotissa, The Greek culture ministery consider this museum of significance. It is housed in the church of Panaghia (Our Lady) Antivouniotissa, one of the oldest churches in the city of Kerkyra (Corfu Town).
There is a lovely site we have just found that gives information about Jersey Zoo, The Durrel Wildlife Conservation Trust and Gerald Durrell. Our particular interest is in an extract about St. Spiridion's Church in Corfu town from Gerald Durrell's 'My Family and Other Animals' and Lawrence Durrell's 'Prospero's Cell' with photographs of the Church as it stands now.
